Old Wedding Dress, New Babies
A lot of celebrity couples extended their families in 2007 and 2008 looks like it’s off to a good start in that respect. Both Nicole Richie and Christina Aguilera gave birth to healthy babies at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles last weekend.
But while those happy couples are starting the year with something new, Britney Spears is back to something old. The same old substance abuse problems, the same old lack of good judgement regarding men and the same old wedding dress. Britney was seen with her new man last week, wearing the wedding dress she had previously worn for her wedding with Kevin Federline. The ex-couple is currently battling it out for custody and alimony.

Of course singles don’t spend their every waking hour worrying about how and where they will meet men or women. However, for most singles, it’s an important issue. What’s the best way to meet men who are single and attractive? How can you meet women who are single and don’t want to stay that way?
Now, Glamour and GQ magazines got together to find the answer. They asked their readers the best way to meet men/women. Predictably, “through friends” and “at a party” came first and second, closely followed by “at work” (really? haven’t they heard that’s a really bad idea?) and “at a club” (ditto). The Edible Bride
There was more than one bride at the wedding of Texan woman Chidi Ogbuta – one bride made of flesh and blood and one bride made of cake. The bride had always dreamt of having a life-size doll made in her likeness. The bride-cake was the next best thing and certainly lives up to the groom’s promise of a “unique” wedding.
We just hope the groom spent the wedding night with the real bride!
